Week 5 Realignment Practice
For this practice we are going to rediscover our why with a reminder to commit to the Productivity Meets Purpose. This helps remind us why we are choosing to focus on such a big goal.
This is a great reminder of the three smaller goals that make up our big goal. Reintroducing our rhythms and boundaries at this stage is key to help reinforce healthy habits and also acknowledge where we may have slipped in our boundaries.
