Practicing Mindfulness

In this gratitude practice we focus on our breathing to develop a deeper awareness of focus. We are starting to hit the ‘messy middle’ of our 12 weeks and space for calm and collective thinking can be made.

Somatic integration is taking the controllable parts of our nervous system and being intentional with maintaining calm, focused awareness of our body’s feeling. This in turn helps mental focus and performance.
