Sonnal Week 3 - Grounding

We are still at the start of our 12 week journey and you can be feeling all sorts of ways about it. Staying grounded in your commitments can either feel like a blessing or a burden.

We are going to look at some simple brain science and a simple journaling practice that will build gratitude and dissipate the tension, fear or apprehension you may be feeling about the journey.
